Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks in policy discussions with regulatory bodies
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI alignment (arXiv/IEEE)
- Proven track record in technology commercialization (min. 1 product launch)
- Deep familiarity with emerging tech governance frameworks (OECD, WEF)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Security clearance preferred for defense-related innovation projects
