Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum cryptography)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Cognitive Science
- Published research in quantum computing or neural interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling innovative tech from concept to deployment
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
