Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ tech adoption, including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and immersive technologies
- Analyze emerging trends (Web4, AGI, neurotech) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2030+ technology horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, and neurotech
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech transformation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level stakeholders
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CFM) or futurist methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, books, or keynotes)
