Responsibilities
- Develop multi-generational strategic scenarios for 2026-2035 market landscapes
- Lead horizon scanning across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech domains
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision systems and AI governance
- Translate future trend analyses into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using generative AI
- Present strategic foresight findings to board and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, tech innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
