Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term societal shifts
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators affecting future technology adoption
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise (Tableau, D3.js)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
