- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms (AI governance, climate adaptation, neuro-interfaces)
- Design innovation frameworks for quantum-resistant systems and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 workforce and infrastructure challenges
- Establish KPIs to track strategic maturity and future-readiness across organizational ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFS)
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and long-range planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Published research or thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
