Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact future scenario reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist methodologies into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future possibilities into clear narratives that drive organizational alignment and innovation
- Identify and mitigate emerging risks while capitalizing on first-mover opportunities in disruptive markets
- Publish thought leadership pieces on 2026 technology and societal implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business strategies or product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience working with C-suite executives and board-level strategic planning
