Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings
- Analyze patent landscapes and market signals for competitive advantage
- Design pilot programs for emerging tech adoption (AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
