Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, societal shifts, and global disruptions to develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for multiple future outcomes and contingency strategies
- Deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders on future trends and strategic implications
- Establish innovation pipelines by identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop KPIs to track future-readiness and measure strategic foresight effectiveness
- Maintain a competitive intelligence dashboard monitoring horizon scanning activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate future visions to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight (ACF) or Innovation Management preferred
