Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing and AI integration
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight team of industry experts
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in quantum/AI strategy implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published research on emerging technologies (IEEE, MIT Press)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Experience scaling high-impact innovation teams
