As our 2026 Vision Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate market shifts and position our organization as an industry pioneer. You'll develop scenario-based frameworks that inform product development, investment strategies, and organizational resilience planning for the rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic foresight framework targeting 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and competitive analyses for executive decision-making
- Design and implement scenario planning methodologies for high-impact business units
- Establish innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 sustainability and regulatory requirements
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
