Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and space exploration
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on 2026 technology implications
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions (e.g., quantum-encrypted communications)
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in geopolitical and socio-technological shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
