Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed narratives
- Maintain global network of futurists and tech innovators to identify blind spots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-level audiences
- Portfolio published in leading futurist publications (e.g., FutureHappens, TrendPulse)
