Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and map their strategic implications for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models to prepare for future market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to align emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
- Establish KPI frameworks to track progress toward future-state goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
