- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Build quantitative models forecasting technology adoption curves and market impacts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
