Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Reports with quantitative forecasts and qualitative analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for AI implementation and human-machine symbiosis
- Consult on sustainability and circular economy strategies for 2030 readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Create immersive future-state simulations for strategic decision-making
- Present at Davos, TEDx, and industry summits as Horizon Dynamics' futurist voice
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Published work on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, and neurotech trajectories
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
