Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Author white papers on near-future workforce evolution and societal transformation
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Monitor horizon scanning signals from global research institutions and startups
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies post-2025
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
