As our Futurist Strategist, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities that will define 2026. You'll translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive innovation across our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly scenario planning reports for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Create predictive models for technological adoption and market evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with AI/ML applications for predictive analytics
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
