Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic scenarios using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advise leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Champion innovation culture by identifying and prototyping future business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories and their societal impacts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
