Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate foresight strategy using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum ecosystems
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS)
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
