- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into 3-5 year innovation roadmaps
- Present compelling futures narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional futures councils across engineering, marketing, and operations
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports with predictive analytics
- Advocate ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
