Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic vision roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) and their commercial applications
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members using data-driven storytelling frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and disruptor startups to accelerate innovation
- Design and deploy horizon-scanning systems to identify paradigm shifts before they enter mainstream discourse
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
