- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with long-term vision
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and scenario-planning documents
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with innovation hubs and research institutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting future markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning skills
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique, causal layered analysis)
