- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market shifts
- Author thought leadership reports on sustainable innovation and human-centric tech
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 deployment
- Build cross-functional coalitions to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals to anticipate systemic changes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability topics
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V)
