- Produce actionable intelligence reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to pioneer emerging technologies
- Mentor internal teams in adaptive strategy methodologies and future-readiness practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech disruption vectors
- Exceptional executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
