Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2035 technology roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging tech impacts
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent the company at international conferences on future technology governance
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
