Responsibilities

- Present future insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess organizational readiness
- Build and lead a network of futurist contributors across global innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or strategic frameworks
