Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications for 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Identify and prioritize disruptive opportunities across global markets
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
