Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario models to inform long-term business decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to validate futuristic concepts and accelerate prototype development
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and strategic recommendations for board-level presentations
- Establish external partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption and market landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
