Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and roadmaps for product development and business expansion
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovative product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and trend reports to guide organizational decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused priorities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to validate future scenarios and market opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects and strategic recommendations
- Experience working in high-growth tech or innovation-driven environments
