Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Advantage: Build proprietary foresight frameworks using machine learning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with Delphi method, cross-impact matrix analysis, or horizon scanning tools
