Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes and competitive threats
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment
- Champion innovation culture by integrating foresight into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) highly desirable
