Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state business models
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Advolve with venture capital partners on next-gen investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal detection
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business innovation
- Proficiency in AI-powered forecasting tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic implementations
