- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technology investments and market positioning
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and data synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
