Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with predictive market analysis
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global policy institutes
- Mentor innovation teams in ethical technology development
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Technology Summits
- Overseed $2M annual R&D fund for pilot projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or government agencies
- Published peer-reviewed research on technology-society interfaces
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodology
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Track record of influencing national/international tech policy
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
