Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for stakeholders
- Advise leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and market positioning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate solutions, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (publications/lectures)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ foresight projects or trend forecasts
