Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of futurists and strategists
- Represent company at global foresight forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading high-impact innovation teams with measurable outcomes
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
