Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic innovation framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology) into product roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and drive adoption of transformational initiatives
- Establish innovation metrics and track KPIs for future-readiness across the organization
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and disruptors to accelerate future capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies into commercial solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or circular economy
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption scenarios
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
