Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios using scenario planning methodologies
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
