Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to translate future insights into actionable business plans
- Establish innovation governance frameworks and KPIs for future-readiness initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and build strategic industry partnerships
- Conduct deep-dive research on exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and innovation mindsets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or biotech domains
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
