Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advancements, and market shifts to inform strategic innovation initiatives.
- Develop and implement scenario planning frameworks to prepare the organization for future uncertainties.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the ideation, development, and execution of innovative projects.
- Partner with senior executives to align innovation efforts with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct research and produce insightful reports on emerging technologies and their potential impact.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative thinking and experimentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of innovation strategies and adjust as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Innovation, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully driving innovation initiatives in a corporate or startup environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and their applications.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and future forecasting methodologies.
