Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market signals
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product/service portfolios using scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and think tanks
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-readiness culture
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech and societal transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
