Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026+ market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Facilitate C-level workshops translating foresight into executable innovation initiatives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce trend briefings and risk-opportunity matrices for board-level decision-making
- Champion a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and validation sprints
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience building foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research
