Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting our industry through 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate C-level workshops and stakeholder dialogues to translate foresight into organizational strategy
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their commercial viability
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful commercial initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent strategic frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful innovation launches
