Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year strategic foresight framework targeting 2026 market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and implement scenario-planning methodologies for volatile market conditions
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership team
- Mentor innovation champions across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFTE) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
