Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal disruptions through 2030
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present future outlooks and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate strategy processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech or consumer sectors
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
