Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning research to detect disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-proofing principles into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings with data-driven narratives and visual storytelling
- Establish cross-functional foresight working groups with global innovation partners
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Innovate Tomorrow as the 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
