Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to develop actionable 2026 strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-generation products and services
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and risk mitigation
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and their disruptive potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at top-tier conferences
- Drive innovation sprints to convert futuristic concepts into MVPs within 6-month cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
