Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight roadmaps through trend analysis, scenario planning, and market research
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Design strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of futuristic projects
- mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption and future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
