- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive board
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership on industry disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting initiatives
- Deep expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid prototyping
